Adding an Antenna

Hi, I have this PCIE adapter: http://www.tp-link.com/lk/products/details/?model=TL-WN881ND

can i replace one of the antennas with this one: http://www.tp-link.com/en/products/details/?model=TL-ANT2408C#over to get higher reception?

That listed antenna is compatible, since it uses RP-SMA, which is what is on the PCIE adapter you listed. Gains should be good provided that you can move the antenna closer or higher to where the router is. However, I would get two to replace the two antennas. Just one will likely will give you some better results, though not as good as both being replaced.
