New system in a Lian-Li PC-Q18. Modding help needed.

Alright, so I'm planning on purchasing myself a PC-Q18 for use as my main computer. Two questions:

1. In order to remove both the HDD cage and the ODD bay, all I have to do is drill out the rivets, right?

2. Will a Corsair H90/NZXT Kraken X40 or any other 140mm radiator fit in the case?

1. I don't think you even have to do that. It appears the HDD and ODD cage are riveted together but, they are secured to the chassis with screws.

2. You can fit a 140mm radiator in the front but not the top.

That's good news! Guess I'll confirm it for myself once I purchase the case but that'd really make things a lot easier. Also, yeah, I was planning on fitting it in the front. I'm curious as to which rotation I'll have to make use of. Hoses on the bottom, perhaps?

Hm, yes. I was just wondering due to having read in the past that having CLC with their hoses facing the bottom was the best orientation. Or perhaps it was the other way...

Doesn't matter. If you can't bleed the air, your only concern should be that it isn't in the block.
