I have a Logitech M705 and i was thinking of getting a new gaming mouse. And i want the same sensitivity. So how can i calculate the DPI i am running my mouse at right now?

It's 1000 dpi. I found that out on Logitech's website (was the first search result on my Google search). The site also says it's fixed, always 1000 dpi on this mouse.

An issue I see is that the sensor is in a seriously weird position on your mouse. I bet it will feel somewhat strange to switch to a normal mouse where the sensor is typically in the middle. It might be a different feel whenever moving the mouse left/right through the wrist while keeping the arm fixed.
