Just as the title suggests, wanted some opinions on what would in your eyes make a good group/community on steam. Also idea's who to run and prolong a good group of people.

A group of nice, fun people who have a good sense of humor and like to do the occasional trolling but mostly just have fun playing together.

The group should consist of be people you can relate to, they should be available and not offline all the time. I prefer a more mature group who also has a sense of humor, they should be able to work as a team in games, members should have an IQ of 120 or more, and they should have good taste in games (no console crap).
