Because that motherboard is almost absolutely no good for overclocking. You are severely limited by the chipset.
You shouldn't be overclocking anyway with that power supply powering your system. It's the death of your computer waiting to happen - if you overclock. Huntkey is kind of famous for making crappy PSUs.
So, I recommend not overclocking at all unless you can replace that motherboard with a good P45 motherboard and get a higher-quality PSU.
