Problems reading correct BCLK on AsRock Fatal1ty Z87 Killer and 4770K !?

So basically, when I change the BCLK in bios to any given value, none of my software is reading it correctly in windows !
It stays around 99.8 no matter what I set in bios...not even AsRocks own F-Stream application pics up on it.
Not sure if its my motherboard och cpu ?
My setup is in my sign !

Has anyone else had a similar experience ?

One sure way to see if it's just programs reading it wrongly.. is increasing it to say 105. You'll get a BSOD more than likely straight away if it's being set correctly but read incorrectly.

Tried it your way...both from bios and windows but none of the applications I have tried is reading the BCLK.
As I said before, not even AsRocks own F-Stream Tuning is doing any changes when I hit he "Apply" button.
