Hello Everyone!
I'll keep it really short and sweet. I am a brand new overclocker/case modder/computer builder. This is my FIRST crack at building a computer.
It's a Fractal Design Define R4 Case, P9X79 Pro Mobo, Intel 4930K @4.59 Ghz 1.4V, EVGA 750W Supernova PSU, 4x4Gb G.Skill Ripjaw, FirePro V4900, Nvidia Geforce 9500, W.D. 1Tb 5400RPM, W.D. 160Gb 5400 RPM, and Corsair Force GS 128 GB SSD. For cooling... RX 360, XSPC D5 vario with built-in REs, and Raystorm CPU block.

This build was primarily for Solidworks/CAD work, hence the FirePro Graphics card. I wanted to try and make the RX 360 fit and so naturally I tried my best (as an M.E. to be from UF) to do a mockup in solidworks to see if there would be any problems. Although there isn't as much case modding as other really impressive rigs this is my best. I am pleased to say I did impressively well on the solidworks benchmark placing on the second page in comparison to other rigs that were posted for the same test.

Enough blabbering... Here are some picture for musing.

3D part Rendering from online detailed parts drawings.

YAY Parts

I moved some components around from another computer.

Test fitting and pretty lights...

Here are the pics of some fabrication as well as gentle modding.

The oddly shaped one is to support the res and pump...

Mockup with lights

Here the rig with water cleaning out the radiator and such. Then fully assembled.

And this is how she sits now...

I may go back and trim up the hosing but I don't want the hoses to kink...

Nice job fabbing up that little res mount and the rad mounting. They look great in there. Have you thought about changing the white 5mm LED in the Photon res to a blue LED? I think that would look really good and mesh with your other lights. It isn't hard to do yourself, or you can just buy the XSPC premades.

Hey Guys!
I have been working on the overclock and when I use intel burn test or Prime95 my cpu creeps up to 75C mad.gif I have Tx-4 TIM.....What would cause it to be this hot when on another one of my builds with an h80i it doesn't get anywhere near that? Any advice??
