Which case?is that the old Cm v8? If so I would change that heatsink with the stock fan is not more efficient than a cooler master hyper 212 plus

Now for your thread

If you want to buy 6 cores at 500 and dont want to wait for buying it in the future for a lower price
PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3wGe0
Price breakdown by merchant: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3wGe0/by_merchant/
Benchmarks: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3wGe0/benchmarks/

CPU: Intel Core i7-4930K 3.4GHz 6-Core Processor ($565.98 @ Best Buy)
Motherboard: Asus P9X79 ATX LGA2011 Motherboard ($243.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($149.99 @ Newegg)

Total: $1069.94
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

But if you want to wait for the 6 cores being used at 350usd(which soon can be possible)

If yoy can wait for haswell-e you would have a mobo with ddr4,more ipc in processors,8 cores support, more pcie lanes but you will need a bit more for a ssd

Its not a good idea to risk all your brand new hardware on a crappy PSU, you should replace that one first, then you dont have to wory about if the overrated PSU you have will die and take the whole PC with it

It seems you have a good knowledge in PSU , which one do you think fit in this system listed below:

(PontiacGTX recommendation )
CPU: Intel Core i7-4820K 3.7GHz Quad-Core Processor ($320.98 @ SuperBiiz)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Glacer 240L 86.2 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler ($114.99 @ Micro Center)

For the video card you have now 450 watts, but if you want a high end card you are looking at 550 watts, If you then want to overvolt the card you are looking at 650-700 watts.if you want two high end cards and overvolt them you are looking at as much as 1000 watts
So how many cards are you going to end up with and which ones?

The PSU you have now can do 450 watts but it cant do the 650 watts its rated for

Ok I'm confused now, I bought my Thermaltake 650watts PSU locally here in Kuwait because the vendor told me I need 650watts which and that brand is perfect because it is 650 watts . what do you mean it can do 450 watts but it can't do 650watts?

I will not overclocked the card and it's only single card

First off the vendor know jack about power draws you dont need 650 watts.
And second your 650 watts cant do 650 watts its overrated its not a 650 watts PSU its 450 watts maybe 500 watts if its friday the 13 and all the planets line up, but 650 watts no way its too crappy for that.

Last your Thermaltake PSU is not made Thermaltake so thats another thing your vendor know jack about

450 watts to 550 watts that depends on which video card. Lets just say 550 watts

You got tons of options there but finding them is another matter i would say Cooler Master V550S first and Seasonic G 550 watts second but do they sell those down there?
Otherwise you got the XFX Core Edition XFX TS and XFX XTR but again do you have any XFX down there?

Corsair units are overpriced i would not bother unless its the only brand you can find. The Corsair CS is meh its not special at all its very average at best mediocre at worst

Might be better if you list everything you can find at what price that would also be much faster
