My 3DMark 11 Score are not right (6990)

Thread Starter
Good Day. Recently, I benchmarked my PC which is a:

AMD FX-8350 OCed to 4.52GHz @1.45v Water-cooled by Antec H2O Kuhler 920
AMD HD 6990 @ Awsum Bios Stock(880,1250)
Gigabyte 970A-DS3P With DeepCool NBridge 8 as NB Cooler and a VRM fan to prevent throttling
2x4GB Kingston HyperX t1 @1866
1TB WD Blue Caviar
500GB WD Scorpio Blue(3.5)
Cooler Master Silent Pro M2 720w Bronze cert.

and 4 120mm fans without leds, 1 led strip

The problem is my past cpu, the FX6100 has a better scores than this system. It's the same system just the CPU changed

My score in Fx 6100 @ 4.320 was http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/7731588
(7902)
and now its http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/8258242
(7306)

it should be around 10k-11k
The Physics score is higher which is what it should be. but the Graphics score is less than before when i had the FX6100 (9831>7433)

Im sure CPU OC is stable because its 3hours tested at prime95, and the GPU is at stock.
I tested drivers 13.12, 14.2, 14.3
what I think the problem is the PSU, still confirming for sure answer.

It's pretty difficult for a PSU to cause a change to performance without causing a change to stability. If the PSU were the problem, you'd probably be experiencing shut-downs or instability.

If you want to "test" to see where the system is at in terms of power consumption, get one of those kill-a-watts and place it between the PSU and the wall power and set it to measure watts. Run Furmark and P95 at the same time to find an approximation of the highest power consumption the machine will ever have.. Use this chart as a sort of reference for what sort of efficiency you can expect at various loads: http://www.silentpcreview.com/article1304-page4.html

If your machine is pulling more than ~850W from the wall then you are probably up against the limits of the PSU. I predict you'll only be ~775W from the wall with this test, which the M2 should be alright with.
