Mobo change offer, good or bad?

So a friend of mine offered me a MSI Big Bang Marshall for 100$ since he went for a 1150 Haswell build. At the first look I love the motherboard but, it could be a waste of time and money?
Afaik it doesnt support PCIe 3.0 wich my actual mobo does (P8Z68 Deluxe / Gen3 does support if I put an Ivy Bridge CPU on it) so I dont know. The thing is I'm afraid that PCIe2.0 actually is bottlenecking my 780Ti.

I'm interested in the OC performance of the mobo, never oced with a P67 but I know that is one of the best chipsets for ocing 1150 cpus.

My system specs:

CPU i7 2600k@4.5Ghz D2
Cooler: Noctua NHD14 /w 2 GTs AP31
Mobo:P8Z68 DELUXE / GEN3
Ram:G.Skill DDR3 1600 CL9
GPU:EVGA GTX 780Ti Dual Classified
PSU: Corsair HX750
Case: Searching for a Full Tower XL-ATX compatible, current is an Aerocool RS-9 (I know the Marshall doesnt fit but I dont care, I'm running on a testbench)

Wait a second. P67 chipsets are for socket 1155 cpus e.g Ivy and Sandy Bridge CPUs.

Damn, that motherboard looks good. Just took a look at it. It's definitely worth getting that board. That motherboard is great in every way.

For the bottlenecking. I wouldn't be worried at all. There has really been no benchmarks where PCI-E 2.0 has been seen bottleneck a GTX 780 ti.

And how would sound a Corsair 750D case for this mobo and the other stuff? ^^

What do you think?
