le me clarify Gddr5 is the graphics dram in the graphics cards and integrated graphics like the ones that kaveri uses

The die looks a lot like Kabini with only the slightest changes. I'm guessing it's Puma and on 20 nm for next year.

Yup..most likely Beema & Mullins since these were displayed quite well at CES so guess this is the time for their arrival.These APU are quite awesome for what they serve...2W is pretty awesome and the nano sized Mullins powered PC demonstrated by AMD was great
