2x Asus GTX780 TI with EVGA GTX670 FTW Signature 2

Thread Starter
Hello,

so I have this older card, GTX670, and I have order 2x Asus GTX780. How much sense does make to install them all together? How much performance gain will I get with that GTX 670 added to those two beasts? Does this make any sense?

Sure I can sell it, but I'm not really dying for those 100 Euros... I prefer to have better performance wink.gif

Please advise.

Thank you.

Well, that's not true. I had used a GTX 480 and GTX 295 together for like a week before I sold one of them. How do you know this?

Did you connect them together with an SLI bridge? You can put them both in the system but they won't work in tandem unless they are identical models in SLI.

Yes I did connect them with an SLi bridge, though I'm not sure they were working together in tandem. The system was reading both and was giving me options related to how to divide the stress of graphics and physx on them.

Never tried, but it should work. Make Ti in SLI and leave GTX670 without bridge and just dedicate it only for physix. Maybe it will work this way smile.gif

Now that ^ I believe is possible. You can set that up the PhysX card in the Nvidia Control Panel.
