If you aren't interested in doing heavy overclocking, this should do you well. It will be able to max out all games at 1080p, and at least with my experiences with the motherboard/cpu/cooler combo be able to keep a mild OC very cool.

Also I did just realize that I did not include a keyboard or mouse. I have them turned off for my searches, but I'm sure there's some mail in rebates there. I generally dislike them, but there's probably enough to fit together for a decent keyboard and mouse.
