I wish Grandahl was summonable. Just imagine an old man in a wheelchair, sliding across the snow with surprising finesse, flinging spells at a giant tiger. :laugher:

On a somewhat related note, new GeDoSaTo version has a choice of three different types of Ambient Occlusion.

I've seen people on youtube supposedly using GeDoSaTo to remove the blizzard in frigid outskirts but i dont speak/read japanese to understand what was that about.
Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

Edit: put video on spoiler, if you're still playing the DLC im sorry i forgot to hide it earlier

No worries, I finished the DLC a while ago (and the pony level only took me 2 tries).

Anyway, that's one way to ruin a fun/challenging area. I'm not sure how GeDoSaTo can be used to do that, but if I had to guess, it would have something to do with changing the HUD hash.

Hey guys,

would you recommend getting the dlc now? Or wait till the price drops? Thanks.

If you liked the base game, you'll love the DLC. If you thought the base game was too easy/linear, you'll love the DLC. If you hated the base game, you'll love the DLC. What are you waiting for, go buy it already! biggrin.gif

Anyone else excited for Lords of the Fallen? The developers have stated that they love Dark Souls, and that it was the primary inspiration for their game.

I am - graphically it's miles ahead of the Souls series, and I like some of the mechanics they implemented.

That being said, the Souls series NAILED atmosphere and had some really creative bosses\enemies. LOTF has a lot to live up to.

I'll be playing it and enjoying it for what it is....

My only worry TBH is so far all of the bosses just look like humanoids....there's no insane variety displayed as of yet.

I think it looks amazing. I hope the controls are as good as the visuals. The developers are definitely doing their own thing, rather than trying to copy a Souls game 1:1.
