GPU cooling performance question.

with a good water cooling loop for example the one I am getting Warning: My water cooling loop (Click to show)
D5 Vario Pump/reservoir
2nd D5 Vario pump
NZXT RX360 V3 Triple Radiator x2
EK Full Cover VGA Block EK-FC780 GTX Ti Nickel (Waterblock)

The above is in not in order of position in the loop.
And the GPU I am using, GTX Titan Black Edition. How much could I overclock it? Its standard boost clock is 980mhz.

Info of graphics cards that are using good watercooling loops vs stock cooling would be appreciated.

Honestly, under water it comes down to the individual cards. I got very lucky, getting two 780Ti Classy's that will break 1500, but the 780 Lightnings I had briefly were unimpressive, 1400 max before bringing out the chillers..

NNever owned any Titans, never seen the need, so I don't know exactly what you can expect, but I would consider a modified BIOS with voltage control if you really want to get a bump in performance.

Thanks for the reply.

I was going to use MSI afterburner for oc-ing the GPU, I tried putting the GPU clock speed to 1.5ghz on air cooling then putting it on a stress test to try get the clock rate up to 1.5ghz for a couple of seconds to test if ithe GPU would, and then the screen blacked out and an error saying "The display driver has stopped responding and has recovered". Im asuming this is because of too little voltage? if so then how would I fix it?

I have tried this http://www.techpowerup.com/forums/threads/6950-gpu-voltage-tweak.150867/
