[build log] Budget Bang

I am about to build my wife a computer to replace her dead laptop. I would love some suggests for the following criteria:

-budget as possible yet fast as possible.
-used for total multitasking and streaming video
-wants a mini case (im not even remotely sure where to start with that)
-8gb ram
-ssd, no hdd, she doesn't download much or game at all.

If she really wants something small, I recommend this case and psu. But the above case is bigger (a little bigger perhaps?) but more budget-friendly.

those parts look great so far, except for microcenter. i wish there were one near me,but there isnt one for many many miles.
