H100i to GPU Intel mount bracket

Hello,

I wanted to share my build with you all. I have successfully created a bracket to mate a H100i to a Gtx 770 using the stock Intel mounts. This bracket uses all 4 mounting points for even pressure and does not cover the ram chips in any way. I have found it is very sturdy and temps are quite good.

More pics and info to come.

Here is a pic of the finished product. I just epoxied on the heat sinks. I was using a nzxt g10 with an antec 920. This bracket with the h100i works very well and is much lighter on the board. The temps are very good. On average playing Dayz with my card over clocked my temps are around 46c.

I was able to use 4 corner mounting and the stock Intel mount from the h100i. It is very sturdy and because its ABS it is very light.

Cool, how's the performance compared to an actual GPU waterblock of around the same price?

Hi there,

I am not sure. I got the H100i for 65.00 on ebay. The bracket was free because I work with 3D printers. I have never used a true water cooled system to give a comparison. I have a H100i cooling my CPU and a H100i cooling my GPU. I am guessing that a true system would have better cooling but is much more expensive than what i have put into mine.
