Is it ok to "split" waterflow?

Is it ok to split waterflow and thus creating something like a U-Turn? example:

GPU #2 > [SLI connector] > GPU #1 > CPU > GPU #1 > [SLI Connector] > GPU #2.

Since water is being "split" within each waterblock, will pressure help equalize the flow?

According to your "loop" is it there even a pump, res, and radiator in there anywhere?

Only with dual GPU's?

If so then yes it works fine with a couple of caveats.
The CPU and GPU blocks should have very close to even restriction each or flow will take the easiest path and drop in the rest. Some GPU's are much more rstrictive than CPU's and vice versa so matching would be important.
The EK Supremacy is very close to most of their full cover GPU blocks so that would work fine.

By doing that it means that flow through each block would be 1/3 of what it is in the rest of the system. To combat that you just run very high flow rates but that means a lot of pump heat.

There is no major reason not to try it if implemented properly but there would be no gain from a normal serial loop.
