You will need the Maximus VI Gene (from the ROG series) or the Gryphon z87 (from their TUF series) if you plan to use the Z87 chipset. I run the Gryphon z87 in my 350D and it is a great board for OCing. I mainly didn't want to do a red build and went with a grey and white scheme. I also used to use the CX750M but sold it for an HX850M when I added another GTX 770. I'd recommend spending a little more on the PSU and getting the HX or AX series semi or full modular PSUs. They are more quiet at idle and some cheap PSU can cause issues with Haswell low voltage sleep C states. My CX750M would sometimes crash coming out of sleep, but my new PSU has been perfect.
