Hey everyone! Used to play on XBox One, but I randomly started having the urge to build myself a gaming PC. Told myself, if I don't do it, I'm going to keep thinking about it. So I went ahead and did it. So far I love it, graphics are way better, I feel way more in control with a mouse and keyboard as opposed to a controller. I did build another computer back in 07 though, but the motherboard stopped working and I been playing on consoles since. Tough transferring over though as I don't have any friends online to play with so the experience has been quite boring I guess you could say. So if anyone plays BF4 or CS:GO please add me! I like to talk a lot and just have a fun overall casual experience.

If anyone is interested here's my computer

Corsair 600t
Asus Maximus VI Formula
i5 4670k (have yet to OC)
Hyper 212 Evo
Corsair Dominator Platinum 8gb
GTX 780 SC w/ ACX Cooler
Samsung 840 EVO 260gb (I believe?) SSD
Corsair AX760
Windows 8.1
Razer Deathadder 2013 and Blackwidow Ultimate 2014
ASUS VS247H

Sorry for the crappy iPhone pics, I have nothing better.

Everything when the FedEx driver dropped it off, I was so excited to get things started

A couple things I came across during this build. The Dominator Platinum RAM was a bit too tall so it was interfering with the fan on the cooler, I ended up having to raise the fan a bit to make it clear. Also the power cable for the GPU looks kinda silly how are connected together at different lengths so I have this weird loop happening right where it connects to the 780 (you can see what I mean.) Wish they were just the same length instead of coming one after the other. I will upgrade the fans eventually, just have to save up again since this took a big bite out of my wallet.

And lastly I'm actually a bit disappointed in the VS247H, I was really researching it before I made the purchase, I couldn't find any talk of it having any sort of screen ghosting. But I seem to be getting some on mine. Nothing too crazy but it is noticeable when I'm scrolling. Unless there's a setting I'm supposed to be using that I'm not. If anyone could help me out?
