[Build Log] Case Labs SMA8 transformation

So....I picked up a Case Labs SMA8 to replace my Corsair 750D. biggrin.gif This will be a transformation from my old Corsair 750D to the new Case Labs SMA8.

These are all of the components I planning to use. I will obviously be changing/adding the cooling components to fit the new case. Suggestions are welcome!

Should I keep the SP120's or replace them with NB E-loop? What do you all think? I already have 12 SP120's, so it would be a good bit more expensive to replace them all. thumb.gif

Don't worry, people will eventually come around and post in your thread. I get a lot of lurkers in my build log, and very little feedback.

As for your question, it's really up to you, your budget, and what you like.

Nice! Is that CPU block really a full nickel, looks like copper?

eLoops would definitly be an improvment, at least visually, but which color? Blue fans & blue tubing would be nice, but I wouldn't trust my taste biggrin.gif

Edit: Was thinking of these:

Yes, the CPU block is full nickle. I have a shop light on my workbench that gives it that yellowish copper look. I was thinking a dark blue like the dark blue acrylic tubing I linked. Not sure what part of the fan I'm going to paint yet...

I've been reading reviews on the SP120 and NB e-loop. I don't know if it's worth $300 to replace them all with eLoops. haha rolleyes.gif I do like those fans though!
