,Here are my result using IRST Driver.
I'm repeat the test many times and clearly IRST do better.
I'm install IRST by going to device manager and
1. update driver and choose Browse my computer for driver.
2. manual pick the driver and click "have disk" in my case I'm pick IRST driver.
3. pick Intel Desktop/Workstation/Server Express Chipset SATA AHCI Controller.
Be careful if you use M6e as system drive after do this and restart you will not able to boot back to Windows 8 you need to make your on board native controller use Stoachi (if it use IRST) before restart or else you have to repair HDC in Hiren Boot CD.
In Device Manager it should look like this before you restart to prevent problem
>IDE ATA/ATAPI Controllers
Inter(R) Desktop/Workstation/Server Express Chipset SATA AHCI Controller (M6e controller)
Standard SATA AHCI Controller (your mainboard sata controller).
Try with your own risk. I has to spend more than 3 hours find out above solution.
