got one a samsung 4k monitor today and been pulling hair out of my head trying to figure out why the picture is shift the right. I can move the mouse cursor to the right off the screen but the left i see black bar about 3-5mm. Can't adjust the H&V position cause it's Displayport. Same thing happen to me awhile back when i bought the Samsung 1440p display thought it was defective. Anyone can shine in i would highly appreciated. My PC specs are in my signature. Already tried completely clean the drivers and reinstall.

This happens to me with my G-sync VG248QE. Sometimes when a game tries to use a 4/3 resolution it shifts 20 pixels up when back in 1080p.
I really hate to ask this but have you tried removing the power adapter for 10 seconds then plugging it back in?

yep i left the unplug off for more than 8 hours. It's really stupid that DVI or DP connection won't allow H&V positions adjustment cause hey say those connectivity is picture perfect, how can it be when the fking picture shift. Now I'm back on my Asus VG276H same ****, shift the right. This happen on the desktop, in games, everywhere.
