Need help on overclocking my sapphire r9 280x toxic edition

The title says it all..But honestly, im too confused on the power limit, core voltage etc.

1. Crank the power limit
2. Overclock the core in ~25Mhz increments run Unigine Heaven and see if it passes. If it does, go up another 25 MHz. Rinse and repeat until failure.
3. Once it fails, you have two choices. A. raise voltage, B. Back down a bit and test for stability.
4. Do the same thing for the memory.
5. Once you find the limit, test for much longer periods to ensure stability.

I wouldn't go more than .1v over stock just to be sage. Keep temps under 90C.
