I have 2 of these monitors and have been thinking to upgrade to a ultra-wide 29 inch dell thats 2160x1080 I think? The problem is it costs 5 times the amount my Asus monitors cost lol, I notice ghosting sometimes during gameplay not all games just some, iam using a single gtx 580 to push my monitor.Any suggestions what I schould get and is there any certin setting on my monitors I can change to improve the picture a little bit? I have this feature called splendid, no clue what in the world that is all I know is when I activate it, it splits my screen in half with splendid while the other half is just regular.the splendid side looks much sharper but why would I only want half of my screen to look like that and not the whole thing? Are they serious about this?

that is for store demos to show what regular monitors look like vs asus, full screen splended shulde be on 24x7 it is asus term for there color depth, whats the latency on that monitor? Is it set to game mode? this usually helps prevent ghosting, asus monitors are usually great, but you get what you pay for!

Oh that makes sence, I would of never thought of that thanks. Yes I play it on game mode not sure how do I go about checking the latency? No clue.I mean they are ok iam just saying compared to some the other monitors it dosent stand out at all. Thanks for your input I appricate it. I tried adjusting color through computer calabrating but I didnt notice any diffrence before and after. Maybe just take a hammer to it lol?

thats a 2ms GTG monitor, with a 10,000,000:1 contrast ratio, That doesnt remotly suck, have you tried turning off ascr? or play with trace free, I usually set mine to arround 60

Yes it has 2 sec responce time. The buttons on these things are such a pain in the ass to work with, I wonder what in the world they were thinking when building this thing. I guess its not that bad, let me look up ascr is and ill get right back to you. Thank you btw.
