also evga has been known to have dodgy support in europe, but in america they are the absolute best by a long shot.

Yeah I agree, the chances of getting 3 bad evga cards in a row is very slim, and considering you immediately overclock them and stated that your motherboard is on the LN2 OC setting....

I think your should set your BIOS to factory safe defaults, reinstall Windows, And don't overclock the video card at all. let it work for a few weeks.

It just sounds like you don't know how to overclock and are giving up...

Back to basics...

where i did stated my motherboard is in ln2 settings? my components runs default , perhaps you meant i tested on the faulty videocard also the secondary bios to check it wasn't a corrupted bios (factory one)?
Some guys are blind, as soon as you will fall into a situation like this you will understand perfectly.

Evga premium price is not worth over any other brand. simple and pacific for me.

and btw you should read the post before going to conclusions. A not working card on its default setting making red dots and artifacts is a proof im not able to overclock?? yes. 2 ftw with 59 and 61 asic not being able to hold +15 mhz on core is surely fault of my bad skill on overclocking.

Edit : after forum posts evga seem to get it right, they are now terribly sorry to ear i have been asked to pay for shipping as it is not needed.
Hopefully i will receive a working card and not a classifailed 780.
And i pray it will work, evga forum is full of unbeliveble not working ti's, sc, ftw, classified and repetitive rma's.

hehe, got the replacement in 4 days, good job evga.

chat with evga guy:
me:is the card going to be a refurbished or brand new? (mine was a d.o.a, so brand new from a shop)
evga: brand new.

got it today, box sealed, card was missing protective film on top of the cooler, scratches on all the silver/gold looking plates, fingerprints everywhere and plastic generally covered with wear and tear, so a brand new box sealed with an used card. already felt joked.
good start allready.
Now the good points : install new card, install drivers, 10 seconds artifacts and freeze.
well done evga, very well done. another faulty card.

Yeah I don't think it's the card that's the problem here, you definitely have something else wrong besides the gpu. Having this many cards go bad instantly is almost impossible, or you are missing something.

then why a gigabyte ghz edition and a lightning works perfectly just swapping the videocard in the same slot ?
or better, why the same card does not work on those system :

msi mpower z87
4770k
seasonic p1000
corsair ram
samsung ssd
nothing else all default

or

Thermaltake Toughpower 850W
intel 2500k
corsair ram
asrock z77 extreme 6
corsair ssd
default
or

core due duo q6600
asus workstation motherboard
ocz ram memory
corsair tx 750
default

1 card, different drivers, different os (windows 7, windows 8.1, windows 8 in my case)
no overclocking applied (and this apply to cpu, memory and all).
Till few weeks ago, before i did the wrong move to upgrade to the classifailed, the ftw was working fine beside its bad overclocking capacity.

all the 3 system, same result
installing drivers result in mouse lag till the entire system freeze
upon reboot artifacts and after few seconds freeze in the better option.

yeh its not the card, what is it? my bad luck?
not to mention the used card i received
EVGA is just bad. I don't have anything againsta evga, but i don't like to be lied.
