Need help with build and Graphics card choice

Memorial day sales are up on Newegg with promo codes for me to save a bit of money. Case and Motherboard are already purchased since i was able to pick them up at local stores on discount.
Computer will be running for about a total of at least 8-12 hours a day, albeit varying with gaming and general usage ( youtube, typing, etc ).

Build :
CPU: AMD FX-6350 3.9GHz 6-Core Processor ($119.99 @ Newegg)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($29.94 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Asus M5A78L-M LX PLUS Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard (Purchased)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory ($42.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Kingston SSDNow V300 Series 120GB 2.5" Solid State Disk ($59.99 @ Amazon)
Case: Thermaltake Chaser A31 ATX Mid Tower Case (Purchased)
Power Supply: Thermaltake TR2 430W ATX Power Supply ($34.99 @ Newegg)

I chose a 6350 for this build instead of a 6300 simply because of the higher clock speed and since both were the same price currently as of 5/25/14.

CPU cooler i picked a CM Hyper 212 Evo since the 6350 has a higher TDP and didnt want the cpu to get too hot past 60C ( if possible ).

Motherboard was already purchased. I chose the M5A78L-M because it was cheap and Asus made some reliable durable boards. Since i was not planning on overclocking the CPU, i thought it would have been a viable choice.

As for memory, i just chose a G.Skill Ripjaws X series for the price and since it only had 1 stick of 4gb, i could later add an additional G.Skill later in the future bringing it to 8GB of 1866mhz memory.

Storage, i typically dont use a lot of drive space and since Windows 7 Ult. would take about 20-40gb of space, 80-100gb would be just perfect for me to live with and i would be able to add an additional SSD for SATA2 slot.

Case had great airflow and plenty of space for fans and/or a radiator if i wanted to switch to liquid cooling. Cable management with the case is great along with its nice design ( IMO ).

Power supply was 39.99 on sale with an additional $5 promo code along with a $10 rebate (not sure if im going to waste my time sending it in). With 430W, that would be plenty to run this system. I have had good experience with TR-2 PSU's in the past so i have confidence this one will be just as good.

I need some help with the video card. I'll probably spend about up to $100 for a graphics card. Looking at an MSI r7 250 but not sure yet.

How about a Antec VP 450? Its a tier 2 PSU i think. I just checked the tier listing for PSU's and realized how bad the TR-2's are..

Just ordered a 6300 instead of a 6350 since my MOBO was apparently falsely labeled as a 125w MOBO. So far, Case, MOBO, CPU are purchased already. PSU will be coming next weekish. Will post pictures as it slowly gets put together.
