So my Mobo decided to wig out on me. On my PC getting ready for work. I open my VPN and BAM!. My whole PC goes dark on me. I am not sure what triggered this. My CPU light was solid Red on the mobo. indicating there was a CPU issue.

I rip that bad boy apart Took CPU out and reset it. everything was good there red light gone. And now the the 4th dimm slot will give me a blinking Error. Now I can use the 1st and 3rd dimm slot But when 2 and 4 have memory in them PC wont boot.

I think I have figured out that dimm slot 4 is dead. I have used other sticks of memory that work in 1 and 3. but when all 4 dimm slots are full it is a no boot.

So the stick of memory is good but the Dimm slot is bad I assume? Has anyone had this issue and have a solution I really don't have the cash to go buy a new mobo.

The motherboard is the

If you have not Rma'd your boy you might try to make sure you have the latest bios. Mine was doing different things till I upgraded mine.
It is a goos board now. If you rma it and of course get the same one make sure your new one has the latest bios if not update it right away.
