Looking at your parts if it was my system this is what i would upgrade.

Case: I know you said it does the job fine but you can get so much better cases for not that much making the overall PC look better and better cable management.
CPU Cooler: If you ever want to OC higher a better CPU cooler would help.
RAM: 12GB is more then enough for 1333MHz compare to 2400MHz will make nice difference.

Everything else looks fine.

Here is a halfway decent 1920x1080 ips monitor.

I do not know who the company is. I am gathering that they probably buy out LG ips panels.

Definitely your monitor!

Maybe also your psu if it really isn't a good quality unit.

This monitor looks good to me for the <€200 range:
http://uk.hardware.info/reviews/5152/iiyama-prolite-xb2483hsu-review-true-colours (on the dutch part of the website you can search for the dutch review)

But: choosing a monitor depends a lot on your own preferences on the color quality, contrast quality, viewing angles, reaction time, input lag, the types of games you play, etc...

At least a 1080p monitor, and maybe a better PSU.
