My GTX 780 hit 110 Hz using default value in NCP, just set 110 Hz in a custom resolution, but not 120 Hz, give me some little artefacts.
I think it depends on monitor as well some can do some can't...mine couldn't with high end gfx cards...

The settings from the thread owner are not working, too bad.
hmm I think 96 or 110 won't be noticeable in the long run. Is probably much more important to up your brains fps with rest and exercise smile.gif ...you can actually get different perception refresh rates between people and how tired they are etc believe it or not biggrin.gif ...it's not all in the pc etc....

At first, thanks to all the guys who answered!
I'm playing with an AMD r290 and an i5 3570k at 4,3ghz.
I can still easily hit the 115fps (constantly)when I change my frame limit from 97 to 115. (its all about the user.cfg tongue.gif)
So I ask myself, is there anything else what I can try to do?
The prepared resolutions by the thread owner give me artefacts. My I can change some values?
Every Hz would be great.smile.gif

Hi everone-

I recently built a new PC. Its a GTX 980 TI and the OS is Windows 10. I'm trying to install the linked driver to OC my QNIX Evolution II, but I'm getting a message that says "The best driver is already installed." Where should I go from here?
Oddly enough with cru pixel patcher for nvidia i couldnt get my qnix above 60hz. But once i installed win 10 with a 980Ti and evga tool i use its pixel clock and it hits 110hz without any issues tested on testufo and it actually passes.

Just want to clarify, that single Nvidia GPU's don't need CRU (except old 4xx-5xx series/SLI) it is stated in the OP. You can set your custom refresh rates in the NVCP and that's all you need. Might even work better than PrecisionX cause it's easier to set tighter/custom timing's if you want to fine tune wink.gif

Edit: @pindust the Win8(.1) driver enforcement hack/workaround is in the OP / same principal should work for Win10 wink.gif

http://www.howtogeek.com/167723/how-to-disable-driver-signature-verification-on-64-bit-windows-8.1-so-that-you-can-install-unsigned-drivers/

This will explain how to allow unsigned drivers in windows 10. After that you need to update the driver, Browse for driver, Let me pick from a list, click Have Disk and browse to the file from this post.

Custom options in nvcp are limited to 61hz max cant change it above but maybe im not following a step somewere.

Forget about any so called driver for Qnix or other korean monitors. Its a basic INF does nothing but provide a name for the device, ie Qnix QX2710 LED (or whatever) vs 'generic PNP monitor'. There is no sys driver file connected to it nor provide any driver based functions.

We went down this road ages ago ... and in certain gaming apps Yasamoka, Lawson and even Scribby of Overlord all recommended to install the monitor driver or file? so windows would more easily recognize the monitor and custom refresh rates for certain apps/programs ... I technically can't show it but I'm sure Yaz could at his thread HERE ... wink.gif

Win10 and Nvidia drivers seem to be wrecking havoc on certain systems, so either roll back or hang in there until a solution comes along ... at least your not as bad off as andressergio HERE ... redface.gif
