I keep getting this vertical line crash on my card when playing games like BF4 and The Forest and sometimes on other games.

I tried a different PCI slot and alot of other things fresh install of windows, fully updated drivers, I have a
CPU:FX8350
GPU:R9 280X VAPOR-X
MB:M5A99X EVO R2.0
RAM:8GB DDR3
PS:THERMALTAKE 750W BRONZE

Whats could be causing this and why? also does it matter that my cards PCI 3.0 and my MB is 2.0 or is that fine?
(The cards not even a year old still under warranty RMA)

Thank you very much for the help smile.gif

Sorry to bump, but I've got this exact same issue on a 280X Dual-X.

Did the RMA fix it, or was there something else to it? Thanks!
