I'm afraid of EVGA board because of all the issues they've had over the years. Plus they are usually slow on the bios updates. Have you OC'd with it yet? If so what kind of results have you gotten?

There z87 was pretty good on bios and everything they fixed a lot of issues. Overclocking i would have to look when i get home at what i have them at

Hey, You have the VII Impact?

How is it looking to purchase it maybe as second rig

Asus Z97 Gryphon should be solid, i have 2 of the Z87s, and they are pretty sweet.

You're comment is a month old but I figured I'd reply with my results for others as I couldn't find any myself.

I took the 4790k from my Asus Maximus Gene VII that I was able to OC to 4.8 quite easily at 1.275 and I am able to duplicate the same overclock on the z97 Stinger. I have had zero issues with the board thus far and it is quite pretty. I specifically chose it for an upcoming build because of the all black aesthetics and I/O shroud. I was extremely worried at first because of the past issues EVGA have had with mobo's but so far I absolutely do not regret choosing it over the Impact VI/VII.

Two other things that have impressed me so far: It seemingly boots a lot faster than my Gene VII, and, the bios has a very nice layout, I like it a lot.

It's mATX, not miniITX

And the capacitance is low.

Isn't it so that Haswell has its voltage regulation embedded on die? It has constant input at 1.8V. Why do you need digital when you do not need precision?

If I do not care about HDMI input, good audio ( i have cambridge audio SM6v2 with an USB connection so I use external DAC for audio) nor wifi, but I need a decent (not superb, I know miniITX cant be as good as full ATX) ITX mobo for overclock, with RAID support, which one should I choose?
