in the first image..you need to click on 'vendor ID' and set your cards vendor! then re-save, and try again.

Its got to have one, or you need to set one.. There is a letter prefix for the command to flash, that overwrites the vendor ID's in case of mis-match.

did you read through the links that I listed for you on the last page? ...I know its there..the command is for flashing one vendors BIOS onto another card.

i tried running every command and in the end i used remove rom protection but i got a different PCI error.

ok..

So, you tried restoring the old bios to the card, using the 'remove ROM protection' and 'overwrite vendor id' codes...and no luck? Wowzers...Im baffled..truly. I really dont know where to take this next...other than using a BFH to fix the vid card.

yes i'v certainly tried both methods and all that happens is a restart of nvflash....and btw what is a BFH

i dunno y nvflash just restarts...
i just tried the command:

nvflash -p -u -r -j BACKUP01.ROM

but then after i hit enter nvflash just restarts, with the help showing all the commands.
