Does direction inlet/oulet in CPU Raystorm water block matter?

Does direction inlet/oulet in CPU Raystorm water block matter? I had to switch the inlet and outlet on the block because of an inconvenience caused due to rigid tubing. Any ideas how this affect cooling and what kind of variance would be there.

I really don't want to redo the loop but if I can lower about 8-10c by just reversing the loop I would do it.

Room Temps in my location is between 27- 33c. Live in middle east. I get 42c with 2 gtx780 and i5 3750k on idle and about 65 - 75c on load on stock speeds with a ax240, xtx360 rad and a d5 in the loop. How bad am I doing? Do i have headroom to oc the cpu to 4.6hz?

I'll just point you to this thread here: http://www.overclock.net/t/1274243/xspc-raystorm-orientation

2-3C, not 8-10. In the future, be sure to do a good search on your own before you post these kinds of questions. Not trying to be a jerk, just trying to be extra helpful.
