Stress Test for 21 Hours @4.8GHZ 3900HT 2700NB thumb.gif

No Failure stopped stress test manualy to get some pictures (If cpu was degrading the stress should have failed half way, or does degrading take more time?)

degradation takes time. Buy with your temps and volts it will prolly just shut off and never turn back on before too long

it takes time to degrade with 1.5v but with 1.6 it be a couple of days before those clock are unstable and will require even more volts

if your willing to pay 500$ for ram why are you Running a Quad core Fx chip that cost 100$?

I was wondering that myself. Seems to make for an unbalanced system.

bring the FSB down to 200 and do a multipler of 24 and put yoru cpu voltage at 1.5v and LLC at 75%.. You do not need that kind of voltage for 4.8ghz .. Now the reason why your cpu isnt heating up as hot as a 8350 is because there are less cores and its a smaller package and less total wattage, but that doesnt mean you arnt going to fry it... But do whatever you want, just dont cry here when your cpu and motherboard fry.
my fx4300 is same heat as my 8350 does 66c at full load 4300does 69a at full load
