There is no way to unlock cores. This isn't a Phenom II budski. What you have is what your stuck with. Shouldn't have delided your FX 8 core then lmao!

Yeah I know shouldn't have delided my FX8350 but it was half dead anyway i dropped it into pure alchool but it still opperates but requires a minium operating voltage of 1.44V 100@ stable @4.3GHZ dosen't boot windows on stock voltage and 4ghz cannot pass any stress test but can full load stable on memtest or normal full load usage ,thanks for your info though never know untill you try new stuff i found out in deliding cpu that soldered on cpu cannot be delided because it takes about 300C to melt the solder and it will over heat cpu so its impossible to delid soldered on CPU only non solderd can be delided and easily done just cut it off
I also used to have a MSI 990FXA GD80 it was my first am3 motherboard it has military class components on overclocking on it is hell yea it can clock my half dead FX8350 to 4.8GHZ on 1.6V full load with just plain mulitpyer while when i tried the 990 gigabyte dosen't boot up at 4.8GHZ with just plain mulitplyer can only do 4.6GHZ on plain mulityplyer sad thing is that when i was updating bios i updated to a old version that dosen't support am3+ cpu so it dosen't work any more got a am3 phemon for it booted updating to newer bios and it forze replaced some fans forggot to put on water pump booted up for more than 1min and burned the cpu and sad thing is that bios didn't crash if the bios crashed i can update it and recover it by installing a am3+ cpu and having a bios file on usb and it will recover crashed my bios before i could recover it by puting in a usb with bios file and it will load usb bios and recover bios automaticly

Yeah I know if i use ht mutiplyer and increace it straight it will not boot up then you need ht voltage but if you can manage to incrace FSB you can get ht increacing on stock ht settings and voltage for example i got 300fsb and it gave me 3900ht 50% increace in ht and fsb and it is stable on stock voltage if you can oc 400FSB even better you will get 5200HT but make sure that your ram and nb is stable while oc fsb

what is your ht voltage set at? I can only run stable at highest 240 ref and I have same board but with modded nb cooler and 2 80mm fans on vrm heatsink
