That is interesting. I have had mine for a bit now and it hasn't once made any noises like that. It is pretty darn silent.

hello,

i am looking at doing something similar, the NZXT site explains this ->

The Kraken x60/x61 units will need some hole modification in order to fit in the Phantom 410.

This is because the hole spacing on the Phantom 410 case is 20mm, while the Kraken utilizes a 15mm screw spacing.

You will need a small jeweler’s file and some time. Remove the motherboard and PSU from the case and start taking away a little bit of each hole set, towards each other. Once this is done, you will be able to install the Kraken inside the case.
