A friend, who's been using a toaster old laptop for quite a while, wants a new PC. His budget is 5500 Egyptian pounds, not including monitor, keyboard or mouse. Just the case and the contents.
He'll be ordering from this website " egprices.com ". Since the prices here are usually more expensive than on newegg etc, I'd appreciate it if u guys could put a PC together from that website. I could just convert it to dollars ( which would be around 800-900$ ) only to find out the build u put together is 150$ or something more expensive here ( yeah prices are nuts here ).
Thanks in advance!

How is he going to use his PC? What is he expecting from it to do?

Maybe you might also consider looking for a used AMD 7950 or 7970. You can find them for cheap, but I do not blame you if you want to avoid used hardware.

Otherwise it looks like a solid build. thumb.gif
Thanks. He has no idea how to overclock tho, so could you tell me which build would be better if he's not going to overclock at all?

He can always learn how to overclock from people here on OCN.
