Introduction
I'm a 19 year old kid who finally has a good job that pays well. So recently I've been looking into a side project to work on that I would enjoy and I always wanted to build my own computer since I was little. I figured seeing how I'm finally starting this build, I'm going big and I'm going overkill. Moneys not a problem so I'm open to ideas and better solutions, I just started looking around about a month ago and have been doing a lot of research but I'm still a noob. I'm trying to go for something a little different than most builds, color scheme is still in the process. I don't want to go black and red because I see way too many of them, I'll figure out something nice sooner or later. My main components will be changing here and there but I'll still keep the quality A+ . Anything with a VS or X below means I'll be deciding between the components/Have no idea yet. Open ideas are welcomed smile.gif I'll be updating this daily for a better, more organized look.

Main Ideas
-Custom sleeve all my wires: My idea for the color scheme might change, so its undecided what patterns.
-Custom modify the case. Aluminum floor to separate rads, fans, wires anything else that comes to mind when the 900D arrives.
-Acrylic Tubing is a possibility, depends on what I have for components
-Keep wires CLEAN

Received 6/14 fans(SP120's) And god damn, they're a lot larger than I thought. Very nice build quality, spins smooth and I'm glad I didn't cheap out on these!

And got myself a little computer tool kit. I have most of these tools scattered around my house, but for $30 this was a deal and a half. Good quality build and has all the bits, adapters and little mini tools that would come in handy that I didn't even know existed. Flash light doesn't work, thats the least of my worrys though hahaha.

My lovely fan controller, the FC5v3 arrived! Knobs are smooth, last one was a little gritty but i'm assuming it'll break in. No big deal. Tested it with an old power supply i found in my basement, 10 years old and was putting out 11.8 volts. Not bad wink.gif All in all, well worth my $100

Along with my order, I received my Modmat Extreme. This thing is MASSIVE and has some damn weight to it. I have a very nice 3 stage desk with a width of 44 inches and it still doesn't fit. I ended up buying a new side desk from walmart for $75 so I could lay out the map, build my computer on and use as a future Dj production station, the space is currently taken up from a 61 keyboard that I rarely use so I thought it would be useful to put a side desk there.
