Gpu cool - bright light: 1ST CARD INSTALL PICS INSIDE

this is a product that a ocn member has helped me to design and produce and it looks fantastic
there is a few little issues we are still working on but the finished item will be ready very soon

it uses a led strip or individual leds that can be in any colour to suit the needs of everyone that wants to add a unique look to their computer

this will be compatible with all my GPU COOL products and is a perfect addition to any build
something that myself and fellow friend has yet to see people do

please note that the light isnt as bright as shown in the dark picture that is the effect my phone gives
you have to see it in person to get the true effect

its an acrylic piece that sits between the backplates i sell and the gpu

there is going be 2 variants one that can have individual leds in the back and the other that has a led strip set into a cutout

so where you can buy xspc/ek gpu waterblocks and add a led now you can to the backplate with this mod

Interesting concept, and it gives a distinct look to the VGA card. It reminds me a lot of the XSPC full cover blocks that you mentioned tongue.gif I hope you get it working, although I don't see how it would fit between the backplate and such without touching the card. I guess you have a plan to get it all working perfectly, so I'll trust you on that one.

I think I might do an order of all your stuff sometime soon, it would be great to get some experience with it and it might help freshen up the look of my current GPU.

I like it. How far off the pcb does the whole thing sit. Sli/crossfire may have issues stacking cards but mind you most times the cards are thinner after the mod so that may be a moot point.

How have you planned on powering the lights. Are you planning on using the gpu, some cards which had a light will also have the header to plug into. Should pose no issue if the voltage draw is similar to the stock lights ... will also allow you to still use lighting schemes like blinking, pulse on or off offered via software/drivers.

Nice idea, I like it thumb.gif
