Ahhh, ok. Thanks so much. Also, I have an older Nikon D50, and will take some proper photos once I get the led lighting installed.

The D50 was a nice camera in its day, it only has 6.1-megapixel but can get some nice shots with it, il look forward to seeing them. thumb.gif

Bitterly disappointed with the custom case I received from Parvum. First case and most possibly the last.

A long list of issues that weren't considered, and seems adjustments weren't made into consideration. Now I have a bunch of panels and a bunch of components that can't be installed. What tops it off is that it took 4 months.

When you purchase a service or a custom product, you expect what is promised in a reasonable timeframe and nothing less.

Ridiculous if you ask me. Additionally, the response time is inadequate. Not impressed Parvum.

Sorry to hear that. Do you have photos to show exactly what has gone wrong? I am sure Parvum will be able to work with you to get something sorted. Although 4 months does seem like a long time to wait. Hope everything works out for you. thumb.gif

NZPhil,

Yeah it's really unfortunate as I expected more considering all the builds you see here on the forum. I've sent them emails, no response as per usual. Fed up with the lack of administrative response. I understand they are busy and inundated with builds however customer service should be the forefront of their business, therefore they need to incorporate more effective communication / responsiveness.

Parvum have had 4 months to design, cut, assemble, test etc and it's disappointing to receive a product that is not what was promised by the company. Haven't received any response from them and not willing to wait another 4 months to a solution.

Regards

I always liked these cases, but here's my question.  Considering that they are all acrylic, hows the scratching?
