Lol it's beautiful. My card auto-detects on high settings, ultra textures. 40-50 fps steady,

What case and take a pic of your setup.

very messy atm, im cleaning it out. The fan on top of the GPU is normally rigged so that it is blowing directly the back ( where the actual chip is). Case lid stays off. As for a case I have no clue.

There is a fairly good chance dust is accumulating inside the gpu shroud.

That case looks like it has horrendous airflow. You really should invest in a bit better case, set the fans up properly, and keep the side panel on to promote flow-through.

It runs badly for a lot of people with 780's and 780ti's . The stuttering is so bad whilst driving it renders the game unplayable. Nvidia are working on new drivers that will improve it along with Ubisoft apparently working on a performance patch for PC but it its been a month since any word about it. Go have a look at the Ubisoft forums for Watch Dogs and you can see for yourself how many are having issues.

Ps. Sorry op for going off topic

Well I ran it again today and it maxed out at 80c. So I think it was some sort of error. Thanks guys, but it is solved.

Ive got my fan set to 100% once it hits 75C. I overclock my video cards pretty heavily. I do not mind 100% fan speeds. You will get use to it after a while

As for watch dogs! I run it at 1920/1080, 2XAA, 16XAF, all settings on ULTRA, with ULTRA Textures. And it runs PERFECT on my 7950! It uses right around 2.6 to 2.8GB of Vram

The game ran like crap on my 1.5GB GTX 660 OEM, only high settings with SMAA, at 1680/1050 resolution.

With this card performance is top notch! On max settings.

Could you share your voltages and your clocks? And this is a reference cooler on it, right? What program do ou use to set up the fan speed according to the heat? Thanks biggrin.gif
