Corepad feet are similar to Hotline. Surface finish and sizes are pretty much identical. Apart from obvious thickness and color differences, the only thing is Corepad have a bit more rounded off edge and are more expensive.

Corepad - 0.5mm for all their feet. If you want the hotlines go for the 0.6mm version, a bit more clearance if you're going to use a softpad.
There's not really anything you can do to a piece of PTFE. Only shape it and decide on the finishing (surface, maybe rounded edges).
Hyperglides are the only ones that have a buffed surface straight out of the box (basically broken-in from the factory). And their edge finishing is fantastic but they are pricey.

Either means it's extremely TOUGH or it has a rough finish to provide more grip on smooth and shiny surfaces (guessing here).

Like the fact that there are far greater amount of feet for various mice these days thumbsupsmiley.png .

Curious as to how other people use these feet. I'm currently looking at getting a set of competition feet but I'm debating in removing the stock feet to replace them with 0.6mm or stick the 0.28 on the existing ones. I'm using a Razer Goliathus Speed as my mouse pad if that matters.

I'm using the competition 0.6 (black) - I bought it from takasta. According to the description, the competition is the best one (and most expensive).

Imo, don't cheap out on mousefeet. You're using a mouse almost 24/7.
