It's pretty close biggrin.gif The rad I think is 54mm thick, and with the 25mm thick fans and the 3mm plywood it's mounted with it's almost 1/2 the width of the motherboard so that's about accurate lol

Sure thing, they're Koolance GPU-210 blocks: http://koolance.com/gpu-210-video-card-vga-chipset-water-block
The mounting holes were too close together (diagonal) to use a regular CPU block on the AM1 socket (Also there were only 2). I used the same block on the GPU as well, because the low profile (and many lower end GPU's) use smaller screw hole spacing around the GPU. I also like that there are an inlet and outlet on top as well as on the sides

Thanks! I do have an AM1 PC right now, but no room what so ever for anything water cooled. Now, I am working on a 14"x14"x4" case that I am designing myself. Might have to make provisions for a dual 80mm radiator. biggrin.gif

14" cube shouldn't be too bad, depending on what else you've got in there. What I'm building should end up being around 14x12x5 or so, or such is the plan anyway lol

The Alphacool 2x80mm radiator might be a little thinner, if that would be helpful at all; but I believe it's also a bit longer too

I’ve got a little more work done on the chassis of the case to share. I worked on the motherboard tray and the rear panel

Next up I’m working on the motherboard tray to attach the rear I/O to.

I used my shoulder plane to cut a rabbet on the front edge of the tray.

Glue it up and ready to go.

I marked out, drilled for, and installed some threaded inserts for the standoffs to mount the motherboard to.

Next I moved on to the rear panel

Nothing like a little hand work with a saw you’ve made yourself

I also marked and cut out some holes to add metal mesh behind to act as vents.

That’s all I’ve got for this one, thanks for checking it out smile.gif
