For finding duplicate files, I personally like Auslogics Duplicate File Finder
. It happens to support selecting multiple drives also. Please note that their disk defragmenter is worthless, though.
Another idea that may help: You can mount a drive to a folder on another drive by simply adding the folder as a new drive letter in Disk Management, so that the first drive appears to contain the second drive as a subfolder. This will allow duplicate files to be scanned on multiple drives with software that only allows you to scan one drive at a time.
