A little help on my airflow - SM8

I have my SM8 set up with a 480 on top and a 240 on the bottom. Both rads are set to intake. I've got one fan in the front and one in the back, both are set to exhaust. The rad fans are GTs, which I typically run around 1200rpm. But they're set on a curve so that depends on temps. The front and back exhaust fans are Corsair AF 120 Quiet Editions.

I set this up in the winter and had no problem. Summer arrives and now the ambient temps in my case are not so great. Both my gpus and my cpu are in the loop, but I'm still not liking the sauna in my case. You can feel hot air exhausting but it seems to be barely making a dent.

Would switching the front fan to intake and putting a more powerful exhaust fan in the back help out? I like the idea of cool air from outside coming in through the rads so I'd rather not change that.
