Rubber grips have come off on other mice that have them. It's not unique, it's normal. That's why I don't like rubber attached to plastic.

changing the lod setting in the software seems to do nothing to the actual measured lod, does this happen for anyone else?

Putting the LOD to the highest point did a difference for me.

I've been unable to use the 1.44 software, because it simply doesn't open and stays in not responding state forever. I've run it as an admin and not, no change in behaviour. Anybody else have this problem? Opsys is Win 7 Ultimate 64 bit.

I had to turn off Avast's shield protection or whatever it's called and the it worked for me, so trying disabling your anti virus.

That's a pretty poor solution when you need to disable an antivirus program to use your mouse software. GJ Mionix.

Having issues installing the software and firmware and honestly it's getting very frustrating. I've downloaded the software and firmware from the Mionix site and EVERY SINGLE TIME when I try to install the blue loading wheel just spins until Windows Explorer crashes. Currently on Windows 10, have tried running as administrator, have tried running in different compatability modes and absolutely nothing is working.

I have honestly no clue why this isn't working and haven't been able to find others with the same issue...mad.gif
