I don't mind the rubber, I just really dislike how downward sloping the rubber section is. For a mouse that's supposed to be decent for all grip types I found it almost impossible to use this mouse except if I was resting my palm on it. Any attempt to fingertip or claw and I couldn't get enough control.

I'd like to rip it out if possible, to be honest. I said it in a few pages back, I don't see this rubber lasting over a year. It's already starting to build grime which is a hassle to remove. Yes, I have sweaty hands and that isn't helping.

Geezus this might be the ONE I have been looking everywhere for and found it. Praise Mionix for delivering the MOST perfect mouse I have ever held (wiping away tears of joy).

I was once lost in the wilderness of confusion and lies but now I have found the TRUTH, the Castor popesmiley.png .

PRAISE the Lord in delivering me from all that Razer Evil and their sick and perverted followers, those that know nothing of the real truth.

Lol, comment worth saving, Castor would be my next mouse if i dont resist. Originally held off the Avior because I found the logo ugly, but not anymore.

The Castor is a great mouse indeed. I had some questions about the sensor and customer support got back to me almost instantly. I also had a discussion about the software with them.
My FinalMouse 2015 broke after a day, the LMB is flat. No joke. I am still waiting on support to get back to me, because it's been over two weeks now and I've still not heard from them.

The Castor is a premium mouse, even the box it comes in is well made and screams quality. It's a mouse worth owning, no doubt.

I like the rubber on the side. The could do away with it if they changed the coathing to something more like a Zowie ZA. The Castors coathing is so smooth, without the rubber at the thumb I fear it would slip from my hand at the beginning of a game. Goes away after a min, after some sweat has been build up wink.gif

That's weird. I've been in contact with their support a bunch of times, and every time I have they had gotten back to me within the hour/day. You may want to try emailing them again because they might have missed your first one.

Odd since I had such a good experience and you had such a bad one.

Not really. It's a decent 3310 mouse but not really close to being the best.

the slope makes it so you only use the right half of ur thumb instead of the middle of thumb.

should i update firmware and software?
