^^same noise so how to prevent it is by press a bit pressure, scroll & it will reduce the sound. i'm slowly get used to it. a lot reviewers don't even dare to pointed out if u know who i mean.

anyone elses wheel really soft n mushy? mine is much softer than the avior/naos wheel and if I touch lightly it can get stuck between steps


ps i updated from 3.92 to 3.93 firmware and i feel like i got slight swamp cursor, any way reverting??

Mouse wheel is fine and the firmware update didn't change anything for me.

It's just the encoder type they're using. Razer uses a similar one. At least that's the case on DeathAdder. I didn't try other mice, but probably same/similar case.

I'have just bought this mouse but I have a problem. My mouse sometimes Scroll wheel is loud on the down scroll, silent on the up scroll.

no need return just apply some WD-40 should solve the issue.

maybe it doesn't sit properly inside the wheel-encoder.
you can try to pull it a bit to the right.
