Is it officially confirmed that 780ti will remain at 3Gb and anything above with this model is cancelled?
Or is there a possibility of higher Memory release, such as 4Gb, 5/6GB version of 780ti coming next year?
In the market for new GPU next year, and deciding between AMD and Nvidia, but 3Gb is too much on the verge with the aggressive gaming practices in triple A titles.
There was a 6GB 780ti teased awhile ago by EVGA at about the same time as the 6GB 780 but it was pulled rather quickly. My guess is that Nvidia caught wind of it and dropped the hammer on it. My guess is that it was because Nvidia thought it would cut into their Titan Black sales because a 6GB 780ti is basically a Titan Black without Double Precision. So the short answer is no, I doubt we will see a 6GB 780ti, if you want more VRam get a 780 6GB, a Titan, or wait for the 800 series.

Makes sense, well that sucks, let's see how 880 performs.
